Our in-house labor rate is charged at flat rate per service item including basic home network setup and not per hour. On-site service will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour plus mileage and min of 1 hour will be charged .  For data destruction rates please visit that section of our web site.We do offer a special labor rate to qualified non-profit groups. There are no hidden charges on any of our services. If we can't solve your problem, you will not be charged anything except mileage fee if applicable.  Diagnostic testing is always free!  Hard drives can be sent to us via UPS at your expense. Free pickup & redelivery of computers/hard drives is available in a 10 mile radius from Snelling & I-94. Outside of 10 miles there will be a mileage fee charged or you may drop off your computers/hard drives by appointment.
